The rental quote form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, property address, rental unit count, property type, occupancy, and an optional message. Please do not include identification numbers, payment card details, or other sensitive information.
How information is used
Information submitted through the form is used to review your property management inquiry and contact you about it. Submitting an inquiry does not create a management agreement or a paid service.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored in a private database on the website’s hosting account. The website does not provide a public inquiry listing. Information may be processed by the website hosting and database providers to operate the service. Avoid sending information you do not want reviewed in connection with your inquiry.
Third-party content
The office map is embedded from Google Maps. Loading that map may send technical information, such as your IP address, to Google. The site’s typeface is bundled locally. The hosting provider may collect technical access and error logs to operate the service.
Choices and requests
Providing information is voluntary, but the required form details are needed to submit an inquiry. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, email support@citrusglobalmanagement.com using the same email address as your original inquiry. Do not include sensitive documents.
